2.             We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.

3.             We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees and mortgage companies we provide marketing for. The mortgage companies we provide marketing for need your nonpublic personal information provided to make mortgage approvals and decisions and provide the loan origination services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

We provide mortgage marketing services to other mortgage companies. Please inquire about their individual privacy policies as we do not monitor 3rd parties' privacy policies.
